Our work saves lives. We're told this every day. Your monthly donation of just $12 will bring our in-person message to 15 young people next year. Can you think of a better gift to give them?

Why We Created Our Free, Unique Peer-to-Peer Program

Every year in America, more than five million teens and young adults are diagnosed with a serious mental health challenge.

More than 200,000 die from drug overdoses. Our children desperately need to talk about their mental well-being and learn how to navigate their stress and isolation.

Generation S.O.S.’s highly acclaimed prevention program creates a safe space for teens to connect for an honest, peer-to-peer conversation about mental health, the deadly risks of substance misuse, the importance of learning coping skills, and how to make life-saving choices. Our program is impactful, scalable, and cost-effective.

Please help us help more teens today.

Your Contributions Have Helped Save
Thousands of Teen Lives

We doubled our reach in 2025, connecting with over 100,000 students in person — up from 50,000 in 2024.

We’ve expanded to 18 states and 80+ schools and community centers across the country.

We implemented our Correctional Community Initiative and hosted several successful live events.

Our Livesaving Work is Cost-Effective and Transparent – and It's Getting Recognized!
